Consumer Operations, Co-Marketing Lead

About the role and team 

The Co-Marketing Lead will lead one of Uber Eats Taiwan's most important consumer growth functions, shaping how millions of consumers discover, engage with, and return to the platform.

Working at the intersection of strategy, marketing, partnerships, and operations, this role owns the commercial co-marketing engine—developing campaigns with leading restaurant brands that strengthen customer/member engagement, improve campaign/offer performance, foster restaurant growth, and create competitive differentiation.

You will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with commercial partners, marketing, product, merchant operations, and regional teams to influence both local strategy and regional best practices.
 

What you’ll do 

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Own the end-to-end co-marketing strategy, campaign roadmap, budget allocation, and performance framework that accelerate consumer growth and merchant success.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Partner with merchant operations and commercial teams to develop exclusive restaurant collaborations, limited-time campaigns, and differentiated customer / member experiences.
  • Consumer Growth & Lifecycle: Develop campaigns across acquisition, engagement, retention, and membership by leveraging customer insights and lifecycle segmentation.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead large-scale initiatives across Marketing, Product, Merchant Operations, Legal, PR, Finance, and regionall stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead and develop a high-performing team while continuously improving campaign operations, planning processes, and execution efficiency. Oversee external creative agencies and manage end-to-end procurement workflows.
     

Basic Qualifications 

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, growth marketing, management consulting, or corporate operational roles within fast-paced industries (F&B, e-commerce, or tech experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, consumer insights, pricing strategy, and growth marketing principles.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate business opportunities through both customer and business lenses, balancing consumer impact, merchant value, and commercial returns.
  • Experience using data to drive business decisions. SQL or other analytical tools are highly preferred.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across merchant operations, marketing, product, cross-functional, and regional teams.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Traditional Mandarin, with the ability to articulate complex trade-offs and present compelling business narratives to senior leadership.
  • A highly motivated self-starter mindset with a positive, proactive, and energetic approach to navigating ambiguous, high-growth market environments.
  • MBA, BA, or BS
