Sanitation Technician - 3rd Shift

A Taste of Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, smokehouse and facility areas.
- Use high-pressure hoses and approved cleaning chemicals to complete sanitation activities.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when preparing equipment for cleaning.
- Complete routine and deep-cleaning tasks according to established sanitation schedules.
- Complete required safety, quality, and food safety training.
- Accurately document work activities and follow established procedures.
Ingredients Required for Success:
- Manufacturing, sanitation, food production, or related work experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in wet, hot, cold, and noisy environments.
