Our Revenue Operations team sits within Egnyte's COO organization and keeps the go-to-market engine running end to end, from marketing to how a deal is quoted and ordered through deployment, billing, and cash. We bring structure and accountability to cross-functional work that reaches across Product, Marketing, Sales, Deployment, Finance, Partner Operations, and IT, so the business can scale efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Deliver cross-functional projects on time and within agreed scope. You own the plan, the milestones, and the outcome, and you hold the line on scope when pressure builds.
  • Lead people who do not report to you. You build commitment across teams, make ownership explicit, and hold contributors accountable to what they agreed to do.
  • Run the operating cadence for your projects: stand up the right meetings, drive them to decisions, and follow through on the actions that come out of them.
  • Surface risks and dependencies before they become blockers, and force the trade-off when timeline, scope, and resources collide.
  • Report status to leadership in a form they can act on: what moved, what is blocked, what decision is needed, and by when.
  • Start with the Lead-to-Cash portfolio (billing, quoting, order management, deployment, and related processes), then take on projects across the broader COO organization as priorities shift.
  • Report to the Head of Revenue Operations, and partner daily with leaders across Sales Operations, Deployment, Finance, Partner Operations, and IT.
  • This is a hybrid role based in our Draper, UT or Mountain View, CA office, with team members typically working onsite three days per week, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Minimal travel is required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ten or more years of project or program management experience, including cross-functional projects with executive stakeholders.
  • A track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within scope, across teams you did not manage.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence. You earn trust. You can hold people who do not report to you to a decision, and to the commitments they make.
  • Clear, concise written communication. You can turn a messy project into a one-page status that a COO can read in two minutes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can walk into a partially defined portfolio, impose structure, and start driving.
  • You can right-size the level of project management rigor to the project.
  • Nice-to-haves: familiarity with Revenue Operations; working knowledge of Salesforce; comfort and flexibility using multiple project management tools (from spreadsheets, to Asana, to Jira, to emerging AI capabilities); PMP or equivalent formal project management training.

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $134,000 - $150,000k annually.
