This role focuses on driving impactful product experiences by transforming insights into effective design solutions, while supporting peers and influencing stakeholders through clear communication and evidence-based decision making. ## What you’ll do * Deliver end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design * Identify design gaps and opportunities, proposing innovative and user-centred solutions * Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistency across all deliverables * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs * Conduct and contribute to UX research, translating findings into actionable insights * Influence product roadmaps through data-driven design decisions and measurable outcomes * Evaluate design performance using defined KPIs and continuously improve user experience * Provide constructive feedback on peer designs and support team capability through mentoring ## Who you are * Proven experience (around 5+ years) in UX/UI or product design within commercial digital environments * Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform design across web, mobile, and services * Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud * Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and current design methodologies * Ability to work within agile, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and distributed environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders * Experience in developing and maintaining design systems independently * Degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experience ## Not a perfect fit?
