Accountable for design, development and deployment of complex solutions across the European markets and Group functions in line with business needs and the domain's and vertical's strategy.Accountable to manage demand, requirement engineering and architecture of project solutions. Engages and drives the communication with local stakeholders during the full project duration and ensures that the systems designed by the LCMs are covering the entire functionality as requested.Independent and responsible execution of complex and strategic programs & projects and lead of multinational and cross domain working groups.Independent and autonomous development of technical concepts for special tasks and presentation to expert boards and management meetings.Requirements definition: Work with network and service designers to establish what the orchestration application needs to achieve in the network.Automation Development: Design and implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline processes and enhance system integration.Workflow Management: Work with network and service designers to establish the what the orchestration application needs to achieve in the network.Service Model Definition: Good working knowledge of TMF and IETF network and service models for L2 and IP VPN services.Collaboration: Work with suppliers, architects, network and service designers to determine the best orchestration solution to fit with the Vodafone OSS strategic architecture.Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of orchestrated services.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of orchestration processes, workflows, and system configurations.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance orchestration solutions.Who you are
Excellent leadership and project management.Strong cost and performance orientation.Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders across a highly diversified, matrixed structure. Excellent delivery mind , balancing conflicting priorities and needs.Driving innovation and learning cultureProficiency in orchestration tools such (e.g. Cisco NSO, Nokia IBSF, Ciena BPO), APIs (e.g. REST, RESTCONF, Kafka SOAP/XML) and scripting languages (e.g. Python).Good know-how in network architecture Good know-how on Vodafone products and network provisioning protocolsGood know-how in Software-Engineering processes (both agile and waterfall)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Not a perfect fit?
