Help us solve fraud asap with Casap — where we’re building the world's first AI-native disputes automation and fraud prevention platform. Our mission is to create a future where trust is a given and fraud is rare by empowering financial institutions to automate disputes, eliminate first-party fraud, and turn manual back-office workflows into loyalty-building moments for customers and members.
We’re a Series A startup founded by product leaders from Robinhood and Chime, and we’ve raised over $30M from Emergence, Lightspeed, Primary Ventures, SoFi, and others. We have incredible product market fit, an exceptionally ambitious and kind culture, and our CEO, Shanthi, was recently named to Inc. Magazine’s 2026 Female Founders 500. Over the past 12 months we’ve more than 10x’ed revenue and we’re just getting started.

Location(s)

This is a remote role based in the United States. Team members may also work from our San Francisco or New York office. Expect regular travel for partner meetings and industry events.

About the Role

  • Casap's partner ecosystem is becoming a critical growth channel. We're hiring a Senior Partner Manager to independently own a portfolio of important distribution and platform partners and turn those relationships into pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner-sourced growth is the outcome. Deep integrations and credibility in market are what make it possible. Together they form the three pillars of our partnership program: distribution, integrations, and brand credibility.
  • This role sits between Partner Manager and Director. It is a senior individual contributor seat with substantial autonomy across your portfolio, aligned closely with the Head of Partnerships on strategy, major negotiations, executive escalations, and resource decisions. You'll be equally comfortable leading an executive partner conversation and reconciling a revenue-share report. Consistent results here lead to broader portfolio ownership and Director-level scope.

What You'll Do

Distribution and Partner Growth
  • Independently own a portfolio of strategic distribution and platform partners. Build multi-threaded relationships across executive, sales, product, implementation, marketing, and operations stakeholders
  • Develop and execute joint plans, run business reviews, lead partner enablement, and find opportunities to expand mutual value
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline within your portfolio. Make sure every partner opportunity has a clear owner, a next step, and internal visibility
  • Lead difficult partner conversations and routine escalations, bringing in the Head of Partnerships when executive authority or a broader company decision is required
  • Lead selected new-partnership workstreams alongside the Head of Partnerships: diligence, business case, commercial structuring, negotiation, launch planning, and internal alignment

Integrations
  • Own cross-functional coordination of partner integrations and go-lives from initial scoping through launch. Establish the plan, owners, dependencies, decisions, risks, and committed dates
  • Remove blockers before they become delays. Escalate risk early and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to what they committed to
  • Represent partner context in Product, Engineering, and Implementation discussions, and improve how Casap scopes, launches, and supports partner integrations

Brand and Credibility
  • Develop co-marketing with partners: case studies, announcements, webinars, campaigns, enablement materials, and industry events
  • Work with Marketing and partner teams to turn customer results into credible market proof, and make sure partner sellers have the positioning, content, and enablement to introduce Casap well

Partner Operations
  • Own the operating cadence for your portfolio: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, partner submissions, revenue-share data, payout coordination, dashboards, and business reviews
  • Define and track partner-health indicators. Report clearly on performance, risk, opportunity, decisions, and what you recommend doing next
  • Turn recurring work into scalable workflows, playbooks, templates, and operating standards. Mentor teammates informally and raise the bar on partnership execution

What Success Looks Like

We measure this role on outcomes, not activity. Success looks like:
  • Assigned partners operating from clear joint plans and business reviews, with named owners and next steps
  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities created, tracked, and advanced consistently, with partner sellers who understand Casap and know when to bring us into a customer conversation
  • Priority integrations launching against committed plans, with risk surfaced and resolved early
  • Partner reporting, submissions, revenue-share processes, and recurring operating cadences running accurately and predictably
  • You become a trusted leader to partners and the credible voice of partner context internally. Consistent results earn broader portfolio ownership, more negotiation responsibility, and a larger role in strategy

What You’ve Done

  • We care more about evidence of ownership and systems-building than a specific pedigree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, strategic account management, or another role with direct ownership of complex B2B relationships
  • Evidence of independently managing and growing external partnerships. Adjacent backgrounds can qualify, but general sales, customer success, or operations experience alone is not a substitute for partnership ownership
  • Commercial fluency across joint go-to-market, referrals, co-selling, enablement, pipeline creation, partner economics, and renewals
  • The presence to lead senior partner conversations and work through difficult situations, plus the judgment to know when an issue needs executive escalation
  • A track record of building processes, playbooks, reporting, and CRM discipline rather than working around the same problems repeatedly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. You share context and risk early, make ownership clear, and close your own loops

How You Work

  • You have a strong bias toward action. You own the outcome rather than your piece of it, and you move without waiting for repeated direction
  • You're equally willing to lead an executive meeting and work through detailed partner data. Follow-up, documentation, reporting, and CRM work are part of the job, not beneath it
  • You are persistent and resourceful when progress takes repeated coordination, and you raise risk and context early rather than letting people be surprised. You balance speed with judgment about when to escalate
  • You ask for direct feedback and change quickly once you have it. You want to know Casap's product, customers, partners, and market better than anyone, and growing responsibility, business impact, and mastery motivate you more than a title

Nice to Have

  • We can teach you about the industry. These will help you ramp faster.
  • Experience managing referral, reseller, platform, or technology partners, including joint account planning and revenue-share programs
  • Experience with banks, credit unions, fintechs, payments companies, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with disputes, chargebacks, first-party fraud, or Reg E/Z workflows
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and reporting stack

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000 per year.
Casap's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as bonuses and commission plans for applicable roles. The listed US-based compensation range is a guideline and may be modified.
