Analyst Reliability Lab

Coordinate and manage reliability testing projects, including order administration, resource planning, capacity allocation, quality verification, and logistics support to ensure timely and accurate test execution. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Responsible for the receiving, verification and creation of customer test order in lab execution system; provide Lab logistic expertise to meet the lab targets and sustaining of the lab processes. Incoming Quality Control check on Reliability Product Testing test plan (flow & stress conditions), verification (complete, accurate and correct) and confirmation of requirement with internal lab clients. Confirm the availability of resources & machine capacity for projects in the requested timeframe and capacity allocation in rolling forecast versus actual loading. Align with lab client on project prioritization, confirmation of sample delivery and early warning in case of change of promise change of request. Liaise with lab clients for fast disposition of ON-HOLD lots Receive & support creation of lab execution system project based on Reliability Product Testing test plan and QC check on project created using "4 eyes principle" Manage & arrange the logistic shipments within IFX in house labs & external test labs. Manage the purchase request on the external test services & follow up. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in lab operations, QC, coordination, or manufacturing environment Basic understanding of testing process or laboratory workflow Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams Able to manage multiple tasks and work with timeline / deadlines Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Basic Excel skills and experience working with systems is a plus Good command of English (working level) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
