This individual will support commercial healthcare implementation initiatives focused on standing up and operationalizing next-generation Oracle Health and AI-enabled healthcare solutions across customer environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong program delivery expertise, operational leadership capabilities, and experience helping organizations build programs, processes, and implementation structures from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating order and scalable operational frameworks, and can partner across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
This individual will work closely with implementation teams, product organizations, consulting leaders, and operational stakeholders to establish rollout strategies, implementation roadmaps, governance structures, and scalable delivery models for commercial healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

Support the stand-up and operationalization of healthcare technology implementation programs, including AI-enabled Oracle Health solutions across commercial customer environments

Build scalable project structures, implementation plans, rollout frameworks, governance models, and operational roadmaps from the ground up

Partner cross-functionally with implementation, product, consulting, engineering, and operational teams to drive alignment and execution

Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Support implementation planning and execution activities for Oracle Health Millennium and EHR modernization initiatives

Help develop implementation methodologies and operational models

Drive executive-level reporting, portfolio visibility, action tracking, and operational governance activities

Identify operational gaps, implementation risks, and process improvement opportunities while helping establish repeatable best practices

Facilitate communication and coordination between leadership teams, implementation stakeholders, and customer-facing organizations

Operate effectively within highly dynamic and evolving environments requiring strong adaptability and execution discipline

Support strategic healthcare modernization efforts involving AI-enabled healthcare technologies and enterprise implementation scaling initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
-
Minimum of 6+ years of program or project management experience within healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, or operational environments

Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium experience strongly preferred
-
Experience supporting EHR, healthcare IT, or enterprise technology implementations preferred
-
Experience supporting AI-enabled healthcare products, modernization programs, or digital transformation initiatives highly desirable
-
Prior consulting, PMO, implementation, or transformation experience preferred
-
Federal experience is not required initially, but candidates should be comfortable transitioning into Federal healthcare modernization work over time
-
PMP certification preferred
-
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $81,700 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
