The Role
As a Network Project Manager, you will oversee customers, vendors, and internal technical teams, leading large-scale infrastructure refresh and network modernization projects from proposal through implementation and migration completion.
You will maximize project outcomes by managing quality, cost, schedule, and risk, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to long-term business value creation and digital transformation.
What you will do
• Develop and manage project plans for network-related initiatives
• Manage stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track progress, issues, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead implementation projects such as network refresh, site rollout, and cloud connectivity
• Manage project budget, cost, and resource planning
• Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and customer reporting
• Conduct post-project reviews and propose continuous improvements
Who You Are
Required skills and experience
• Project management experience in IT infrastructure or network-related projects
• Hands-on experience with project planning, progress tracking, issue management, and risk management
• Experience coordinating with customers and multiple vendors
• Basic technical understanding of network infrastructure
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate with customers and prepare documentation in Japanese
Preferred skills and experience
• Project management experience in large-scale network refresh projects
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Knowledge of next-generation network areas such as SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust
• Experience with enterprise customers in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, or public sector
• Experience with infrastructure projects involving cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Experience working with global teams or communicating with customers in English
• Program management experience or experience overseeing multiple projects
