Job Description:
A member of the Practice Solutions Team responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts within the Enterprise (SBBs, MLFAs, etc). Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new business opportunities. Supplement direct calling on prospects by developing referrals from business partners inside Bank of America. They design and implement appropriate sales strategies/programs to carry out their responsibilities and achieve assigned production goals. Interact with Account Reps. once new business opportunities and relationships have been identified to ensure the appropriate fulfillment and management of these relationships. Travel (approximately 12 days per month) required.

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
Can analyze financial conditions of clients, healthcare industry trends, and understand cashflow analysis
Ability to demonstrate examples of creating new relationships/partnerships and deepening current client relationships
Self-Motivated and proven success of exceeding goals
Desired Qualifications:
Strong desire to create/retain business with referral sources.
Undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics
Formal credit/lending training/strong credit skills with a focus on Practice lending
Proven business acumen by working with lending products and Small Businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to large groups of prospects, clients and/or partners
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities.
