Join us. <h3> </h3>YOUR IMPACT:As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade cloud applications that support business-critical operations for global customers. You will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">9+ years of experience in enterprise software development with a strong background in Java-based technologies.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Strong experience in Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Experience building Microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Strong understanding of software design principles, secure coding practices, and scalable application architecture.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Strong troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis skills.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.</li></ul>Nice-to-have Skills:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt;">Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
