Skip to main contentEnglishEnglishBack to all jobsIntern (m/f/d) Robotics System IntegrationGermany, Munich (HQ)Full-timeIntern / StudentApply for this jobAbout the roleThe Industrial Automation & Robotic Applications Department of Agile Robots is looking for a Intern (m/f/d) Robotics System Integration, who will support the integration and testing of robot platforms for customer projects, working across software integration on both simulated and real systems.Your ResponsibilitiesTesting & Validation: Test and validate software components and system behavior in simulation and on the real robot, performing structured debugging and performance analysis to identify limitations before and during deployment.Sim-to-Real Consistency: Help verify that behavior validated in simulation holds up when the same software runs on the physical robot, flagging discrepancies.Test Tooling: Contribute to reusable test scripts or debugging tools that can be reused across multiple project setups.Essential SkillsAcademic Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Robotics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Programming: Practical experience in Python and/or C++ for robotics system development.Development Environment: Practical experience with Linux and Git in a robotics software workflow.Robot Fundamentals: Working understanding of robot kinematics, coordinate frames, and URDF structure, ideally with practical experience on physical systems.Documentation: Ability to write structured, reproducible technical notes and maintain organized experiment logs.Beneficial SkillsSystem Integration: Familiarity with hardware-software integration and debugging in complex robotic systems.Validation Design: Experience designing structured tests and validation workflows for robotics applications.KUKA Robots: Practical experience with KUKA robots and KRL programming.Languages: Proficient in German (written and spoken).What we offerPractical learning opportunities to complement your studies.Dynamic high-tech company combined with financial soundness and world class investors.Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.Corporate Benefits Program that covers health, mobility and learning with 100 € net per month.Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks & fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment.About usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
