You help optimize campaign and product performance, improve reporting transparency, and contribute to data-informed decision-making across media and advertising products. In this role, you combine strong business understanding with hands-on analytical and engineering skills to build reliable, maintainable reporting and data solutions.Your TasksCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses for Media Sales and Product teamsAnalyze campaign, product, and user performance to identify optimization opportunitiesTranslate business needs from Media Sales and Product into analytical requirements, metric definitions, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions Integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sourcesSupport the development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutionsEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics processesWork closely with Product Managers, Media Sales, Data Engineers, and other stakeholdersPresent insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partnersWhat you bring Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a related areaStrong skills in SQL, BI tools, and data visualizationGood understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data quality, and scalable analytics workflowsExperience with Python and modern data platformsFamiliarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, or software engineering practices is beneficialComfortable using modern AI tools while critically validating outputs and respecting data privacy standardsFamiliarity with media, advertising, campaign performance, or digital product analytics is a plusStrong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, data-driven mindsetGood English skills; German is a plusOur “All Inclusive Package” for you Workation & Flexibility 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation Hybrid model: two office days for collaboration & team spirit, three days remoteFlexible working hours – early bird or night owl?
