Role responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Business Division at a large garrison. This includes developing five-year plans, managing operating budgets, and ensuring profitable business activities to meet military community needs.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of experience managing DMWR Business Operations or similar civilian operations. Preferred candidates possess 3+ years of experience in revenue-generating operations, supervisory experience of 15+ personnel, and proficiency in Army MWR financial systems.
