Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in the origination of corporate and investment banking businesses across Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) customers in the Great Bay Area
• Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and client feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team
• Perform financial modelling, corporate finance analysis and industry research and analysis
• Assist in managing and servicing accounts, including preparing credit memo, monitoring of credit quality and risk, and performing annual review of accounts
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Corporate Banking division

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role
• Profound insight into the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry
• Able to deliver high quality credit memo independently
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and cross regional teams
• Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
