Our membership program provides consumers access to a network of apartments in 60+ top markets with no deposits, hassles, or stress.About the RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges.What You'll DoCreate, manage, and monitor reservations across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.What You'll NeedEnglish proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt quickly to new challenges.High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.Proficiency in multitasking across different platforms and tools.Team-oriented with a willingness to support cross-department collaboration.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $16,500 MXN gross per month + performance incentiveGrocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per monthVacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)Health insurance: Major medical (MetLife), minor medical (AXA Keralty), dental, and vision coverageParking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and carsTravel benefit: $750 USD annually in Landing Stays Share Apply Apply for this position Required* First Name* Last Name* Email Address* Phone* Address Resume* We've received your resume.
