Main responsibilities:
- Support Suppliers with process for Managing Data to ensure critical timelines are met
- Be a champion of change as new system development requires business process change
- Test new functionality bringing practical experience into test cases
- Perform root cause analysis and develop practical solutions for technical issues
- Perform Data quality review on new items created by automation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Analyze data attribute needs to support business initiatives and coordinate mass changes
- Ensure compliance with weights and measures agencies across all states including local defined regulations
- Maintain product specific data needs to compliance with consumer protection regulations
- Proactively analyze and implement data cleanup actions including process improvements
- Support retail stores and backstage users by researching and resolving issues
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for business processes, data and system functionality
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent job experience.
- Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
- Strong PC skills required and experience with reporting tools such as SQL preferred
- Strong analysis skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide span of roles as well as technology experts.
- Experience across business functional areas including retail preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and be very detailed oriented.
- Skilled in analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to handle challenges and adapt to change.
