Production Associate

Role responsibilities

The Production Associate is responsible for safely operating high-powered machinery to produce and package high-quality baked goods. They must also monitor product specifications to reduce waste and maintain strict food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a warm environment is required.
