Manage ITSM incidents, problem tickets, FACHA/Hot Item creation, ticket reassignment, and closure activities. Process TSSR work orders, manage production/QA job requests, and respond to operational emails within SLA timelines. Execute weekend IPL support activities, validate environment availability, and coordinate fixes for out-of-sequence abends.
