How You'll Make an Impact
Manage Procure-to-Pay activities for assigned material portfolios.
Ensure material availability to support forecasted demand and customer commitments.
Develop and maintain inventory strategies, including safety stock, reorder points, lot sizing, and lead times in SAP.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve delivery performance, forecast alignment, and material planning.
Analyze supplier quotations, bids, and pricing to identify optimal value opportunities.
Support Sales & Operations Planning activities and fulfillment strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, packaging solutions, and supply chain efficiency.
Assist with supplier negotiations, issue resolution, escalation management, and cost savings initiatives.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or supply chain operations.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably within MM and PP modules.
Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Organized, proactive, and capable of driving projects while applying root cause analysis techniques.
