Your mission

As our Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll lead the execution of ProGlove's most complex cross-functional development projects, bringing together hardware, software, product, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver outstanding integrated products.

You'll act as the project leader for multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving projects from planning through successful delivery. Beyond execution, you'll help shape how project management is done at ProGlove by improving processes, supporting our new Operating Model, and mentoring other Technical Project Managers as our organization continues to grow.

Your profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex technical projects involving both hardware and software development in cross-functional, international environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while coordinating dependencies across different product domains and business functions.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• A track record of driving project management improvements and operational excellence across multiple teams or departments.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other project managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• The ability to translate complex situations into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial technology, IoT, hardware, embedded systems, or product development environments.
• Understanding of commercial functions such as Product Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or comparable project management certifications.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management tools.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

• Successfully lead multiple strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Establish transparent project governance, reporting, and risk management across your project portfolio.
• Coordinate complex dependencies across hardware, software, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution.
• Introduce measurable improvements to project management processes that increase delivery effectiveness across departments.
• Become a trusted partner for Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
• Mentor Technical Project Managers and contribute to building a scalable, high-performing project management function.
• Play a key role in implementing ProGlove's new Operating Model and improving execution across the organization.
