Job Details:

Pay: $17.60/hour

$2.00 shift differential

Requirements:

Must have tree months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months to be considered.

I.  List essential function(s) of the job.

          

A. Must be able to lift 70 lb tubs of meat to remove ice from the top  

B. Must be able to dump a predetermined number of totes for a batch into a weigh  

hopper by means of a v-mag and v-mag lift. 

C. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination 

D.  Must be able to calculate and deliver the proper amount of marination ingredients to 

the product in the weigh hopper 

E. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less) 

F.  Must be able to use vacuum line to draw product into the tumbler and set the  

tumbler for revolutions per minute and the PSI of vacuum and marinate the product for

the pre-determined time in minutes. 

G.  When batch has completed marinating, TM must be able to open the exit door,  

reverse the tumbler rotation and dump the contents into a holding hopper. 

H. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

          

II.  List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

A. Use hands, arms, back, legs and shoulders to dump totes of meat (70 lbs) and to shovel 

ice. 

B. Must use hands and fingers to grip shovel and totes 

  

C. Must use eyes to see. 

  

D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)
