Partner closely with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth strategies that enable business scale and talent success. Act as an employee advocate by identifying themes, removing friction points, and improving experiences across the employee lifecycle in partnership with managers, leaders, HRBPs, and Recruiting. Help ensure new employees are successfully onboarded, connected, and positioned for success in a rapidly scaling organization. Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity by providing proactive guidance, identifying emerging people trends, and escalating risks as appropriate. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND 7+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field. Experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations that utilize cross-functional teams, squad-based operating models, or rapid planning cycles. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
