About this Role

We are seeking a Trust by Design Specialist to lead the end-to-end operation of the Trust by Design assessment process for the Legal, External Affairs, Tax and Corporate Security pillar. This role is focused on ensuring timely, consistent and risk-based product approvals across Vodafone’s global product portfolio, while acting as a key partner between product teams and subject matter experts. The position is ideal for individuals with experience in risk, compliance, governance or process management who enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and balancing business delivery with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end Trust by Design assessment process, ensuring delivery within agreed service levels and alignment with product timelines.
  • Coordinate legal, regulatory, security and compliance reviews to support high-quality, risk-based decisions for products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Product teams and compliance stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and resolving obstacles.
  • Manage assessment governance activities including demand tracking, reporting, risk identification and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with product teams throughout the product lifecycle to enable compliant and effective delivery.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings, follow-up discussions and assessment closure activities while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to process simplification, continuous improvement initiatives, training activities and the evolution of the Trust by Design framework.

Who you are

  • Experienced in operating, managing and improving risk, compliance, governance or related business processes.
  • Skilled in working with complex cross-functional stakeholder groups and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Familiar with product governance and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Comfortable making informed decisions in ambiguous situations while balancing business requirements and risk considerations.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and prioritisation skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of areas such as consumer law, regulation, privacy, fraud, cyber security, lawful intercept, trade controls, human rights or intellectual property rights would be advantageous.
