As a key leader within Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), the Segment GTMM drives Operating Unit (OU) business health by translating strategy into action across solution areas, industries, customer segments, and sales motions.
This role partners across Product GTM, Program GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Partner, and Engineering organizations to accelerate revenue growth, increase usage and adoption, improve market share, and enable exceptional field execution. The Segment GTMM leads business planning, drives execution excellence, surfaces field insights, removes barriers to growth, and ensures sellers have the right investments, enablement, and go-to-market motions to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
This specific position is focused on our ABS business in Brazil. Candidates should be fluent in both Portuguese and English and located in country, preferably in or near Sao Paulo where most of the OU leadership team is based. An accute understanding of the marketplace, government, culture and primary industries in Brazil is important for success in working with the field teams in this region.

Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Operating Unit Leadership: Lead the OU business plan, aligning local priorities to regional and global objectives. Turn strategy into measurable execution plans that drive growth, adoption, market share, and accountability.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Orchestrate GTM strategy across sales, marketing, partner, customer success, consulting, and engineering teams. Drive solution plays and pipeline programs that improve acquisition, expansion, and adoption.
- Business Health & Performance Management: Own OU business health across revenue, usage, adoption, pipeline, and market share. Lead ROBs, reviews, scorecards, and KPI tracking to improve results and accountability.
- Field Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership: Equip sellers with the plays, insights, investments, and guidance needed to hit business goals. Connect Product GTM, Program GTM, field teams, and partners to strengthen readiness and execution.
- Insights, Escalations & Market Intelligence: Translate field, customer, partner, seller, competitive, and market insights into clear recommendations. Identify blockers, manage escalations, and share learnings to improve programs and GTM motions.

- Revenue, usage, adoption, pipeline, and market share performance.

- Resolution of blockers, risks, and escalations that impact business outcomes.
- Actionable insights that improve strategy, growth, and customer success.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales
- OR related work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, business management, product or field marketing, operations, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Experience building and executing business plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated analytical, communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, data, business applications, security, or digital transformation.
- Experience as a sales professional in a field-based sales organization.
- Experience managing business performance frameworks, scorecards, and executive business reviews.
- Solid understanding of pipeline management, sales excellence, customer adoption, and change management.
- Experience working across global and regional matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge or experience of the primary industries in Brazil which includes Public Sector/Government, Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Retail.
