Role Overview 

The Senior Manager, Digital Commerce Intelligence Operations & Business Integration plays a critical role in accelerating Coca-Cola's digital transformation by connecting measurement, insights, business operations, and commercial activation across Digital Commerce capabilities. This role is responsible for establishing and advancing measurement frameworks that quantify the value of digital investments, while ensuring insights translate into measurable business outcomes through strong adoption, governance, and value realization practices.


Operating within a product-centric digital ecosystem, this role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Bottler, and Digital Commerce teams to integrate Digital Shelf, Food Service Aggregator (FSA), Retail Media, Search, Content, and performance signals into actionable Commerce Intelligence. The role drives alignment across stakeholders, implements scalable measurement and performance management approaches, and ensures intelligence is embedded into business decision-making processes and day-to-day operations.


Beyond generating insights, this position serves as a key business integrator, helping connect strategy to execution across digital commerce initiatives. Through governance, capability adoption, transformation support, and operational management, the role helps ensure measurement capabilities deliver sustained business value, improve organizational effectiveness, and support enterprise priorities around growth, productivity, and efficiency.


This position requires a strong balance of analytical expertise, business acumen, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure insights are not only generated, but effectively translated into actions that improve commercial performance, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and accelerate Coca-Cola's digital growth agenda.

  

What You will do for us 

  • Integrate Digital Shelf, FSA, Retail Media, Search, Content & performance signals to generate Commerce Intelligence insights and actions.

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital measurement frameworks that align with enterprise digital transformation goals and product‑centric operating models

  • Define key performance indicators and success metrics that quantify the impact of digital initiatives on growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes

  • Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Bottler & Digital Commerce teams to connect insights with business actions and growth opportunities.

  • Partner with product teams to embed measurement and analytics into the lifecycle of digital products, enabling real‑time performance tracking and optimization

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision‑making across business and digital stakeholders

  • Leverage advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and artificial intelligence, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across digital initiatives

  • Enable integration of data from multiple sources, including customer interactions, digital platforms, and enterprise systems, to create a unified view of performance

  • Drive adoption of standardized measurement practices, tools, and performance frameworks across teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and comparability of insights, while tracking adoption, value realization, and business impact to ensure measurement capabilities translate into measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of measurement approaches with enterprise standards and governance

  • Support experimentation and test‑and‑learn approaches by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other performance experiments

  • Continuously refine measurement strategies to reflect evolving business priorities, emerging technologies, and advancements in data capabilities

  • Support governance forums, executive reporting, capability adoption and operational management across Digital Commerce measurement initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination, transformation tracking, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of Digital Commerce measurement and intelligence capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, measurement, or insights roles within a data driven organization 

  • Proven experience designing and implementing measurement frameworks that link digital activities to business outcomes 

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Experience working with digital platforms and tools, such as web analytics, customer data platforms, and business intelligence solutions  

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality management principles 

  • Experience working in productcentric or agile environments, collaborating across business and technical teams 

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and automation

  • Experience working in a product centric or agile environment with cross functional teams

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision making without direct authority

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality insights in a fast paced, evolving environment

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends in digital measurement, analytics, and technology
     

  • Experience leading cross-functional programs, change management initiatives, or large-scale capability adoption efforts.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 152,000 USD - 178,300 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
