Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to lead the clinical translation of deuterium imaging on a 3T MNS platform with close collaboration with top hospital in China. Projected clinical investigations include neurodegenerative diseases and brain tumor. The later stage of the investigation will continue to benchmarking with PET imaging with FDG or AD specific tracer. The long term goal of this collaborative investigation is to show the clinical utility of DMI as a complementary pathway to provide real time patient metabolism for disease stratification and/or treatment assessment. ​

The desired qualification and capabilities of this senior scientist are:
1. PhD degree on MRI or related field and at least 5 years of research experience on radiology research, strong track of research record.
2. Proven ability to lead clinical research and patient cohort study.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple group and follow research ethic and compliance.
4. Knowledge of GE MR platform, pulse sequence and reconstruction.
5. Knowledge of hemodynamic and pharmacokinetics, AI modeling is desirable.
