Here’s the Deal
The CX Representative provides world-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls, handling about 60 calls per day. They resolve last-mile delivery issues using effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. The role requires attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and conflict resolution while coordinating between customers, delivery teams, stores, and warehouses to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

The Basics
Academic Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience
Years of Experience: 2 years in Contact Center, Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Firm
Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average)
English Level: B1-B2
