Job Summary
岗位职责
负责电子产品测试工装及辅助设备的设计开发，包括：
- ICT测试治具
- FCT测试治具
- EOL测试工装
- 老化测试夹具
- 气动测试夹具
- 测量检具
- 自动化测试工装
根据测试需求独立完成工装方案设计、3D结构设计及工程图纸输出。 与测试工程师协同完成测试方案验证及工装开发。 负责工装打样、试产验证及问题改善。 跟进工装制造、组装、调试及验收过程。 对测试过程中发现的问题进行分析改善，提高测试效率和稳定性。 建立和维护工装设计标准、技术文档及BOM资料。
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造相关专业。
工作经验
3年以上机械设计经验； 具有测试工装夹具设计实际项目经验； 有电子产品测试行业背景优先。
专业技能
测试工装设计能力（重点要求）
熟悉ICT、FCT测试工装设计原理； 熟悉Pogo Pin、针床、定位机构设计； 熟悉气动夹紧机构设计； 熟悉测试工装可靠性和重复定位设计； 熟悉测试治具结构优化及维护方案； 具有多项目并行开发经验。
机械设计能力
熟悉机械结构设计原理； 熟悉公差分析及尺寸链设计； 熟悉工程图规范及装配设计； 能独立完成测试夹具开发全过程。
制造工艺能力
熟悉CNC加工工艺； 熟悉机械零件加工及装配流程； 了解钣金加工、3D打印及机加工工艺； 具备DFM设计能力。
软件能力
熟练使用以下一种或多种设计工具：
- SolidWorks
- Creo（Pro/E）
- Inventor
- AutoCAD
能够独立完成3D建模及工程图输出。
语言能力
具备良好的英文读写能力； 能阅读英文规格书、测试要求及技术资料； 可进行日常技术沟通。
加分项
熟悉ICT/FCT测试系统； 熟悉Agilent、Keysight、Teradyne等测试平台配套治具开发； 了解自动化测试设备设计； 熟悉传感器、气动元件及电控基础知识； 有EMS工厂、消费电子、汽车电子行业经验。
