Skills and CompetenciesSignificant experience in client-facing relationship management, customer success, sales, business development, consulting, software as a service, data, analytics, regulatory, financial services, automotive, or adjacent environmentsIndustry familiarity with automotive or an adjacent sector is strongly preferred, particularly experience related to supply chain, quality, risk, compliance, data, or client-facing advisory workflowsProven ability to operate as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor, while remaining hands-on and comfortable engaging deeply with data, tools, Excel analysis, and client workflowsDemonstrated track record of managing complex, high-value strategic customer relationships with senior stakeholders across large, multi-entity organizationsStrong problem-solving and investigative mindset, with the ability to ask effective curiosity questions, understand client alternatives and processes, and identify unarticulated needsCommercial awareness and appetite for relationship building, including confidence asking for introductions to new contacts, leveraging existing relationships, identifying opportunity signals, and sharing relevant customer insight to support partnership and growth discussions led by SalesStrong analytical skills, including a high level of comfort working with Excel and customer usage or engagement data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-makingDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.Fluent German and English is required, with French or Swedish also beneficial given the customer portfolioBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
