We are looking for an experienced and visionary HR Lead to drive people strategy, organizational development, and workforce excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of engagement, and aligning human resource initiatives with business objectives. This role requires someone who can partner closely with senior leadership, influence organizational decisions, and create scalable HR programs that support business growth.

As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and cultivate an inclusive and high-performance workplace. You will play a pivotal role in shaping HR policies, driving workforce planning, improving employee engagement, and building strategic partnerships across departments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture, employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with leadership teams to drive people-focused business decisions.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks that encourage continuous feedback, accountability, and employee development.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, mentoring programs, and career progression frameworks for employees across all levels.
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and governance while ensuring adherence to applicable employment laws and organizational standards.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and business expansion.
  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic planning, improve decision-making, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships that contribute to organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are an advantage.
