You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for managers, and will align calendar based on executives' preferences and style. You'll also build and leverage a cross-organizational network to enable team work. You will participate in the Business Support community and begin to provide leadership, such as by seeking mentors. You'll also facilitate team experience and onboarding activities. You will own the coordination, logistics, and direction of events, delegating as necessary. You'll also be able to balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines. You will oversee inventory management, participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting, and own expense management. You'll also understand and help implement rhythm of business (ROB). You will manage up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, maintaining detailed data to recommend changes and identify future requirements. You'll also manage travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for daily activities. 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology). 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. 2+ years of managing a complex calendar on behalf of an executive. 2+ years supporting a CVP or equivalent. 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training) OR equivalent experience.
