Job Title: Duty Manager

Reports To: Property Manager

Job Type: Full time

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Role Purpose

  • To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Cove properties by maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • To oversee daily property operations by coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with Cove's operational standards and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily property operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and operational escalations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other teams to maintain operational excellence.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, property management, or operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel or property operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operational workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using property or hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
