Position Overview

Join our Madrid-based team as a Manager Professional Services, where you will lead client engagements, drive successful project delivery, and build strong customer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to combine people leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial oversight while working with global teams to deliver impactful solutions and exceptional client outcomes.

Essential

  • Demonstrating 6–8 years of experience in Professional Services, project delivery, or client-facing technology environments. 
  • Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders. 
  • Leading cross-functional teams, including customers, contractors, and third-party suppliers. 
  • Delivering software integration and/or business-to-IT transformation projects. 
  • Applying strong project governance, controls, and delivery management disciplines. 
  • Working with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies to achieve programme objectives. 
  • Communicating complex business and technical concepts effectively in fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken. 
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desired

  • Bringing people leadership experience, including coaching, motivation, and team development. 
  • Utilizing MS Project, SAP PPM, or other enterprise project management platforms. 
  • Demonstrating strong prioritisation, stakeholder management, and customer challenge skills within complex environments.
