ARN - House Supervisor for Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, CA.  This position is PER DIEM and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Acts as a resource to the Nursing Management team relative to overall staffing, scheduling and budgeting.  Responsible for managing the Nursing/House Supervisors, staffers, and operations of the Nursing/Staffing Office, Float Pool staff, Monitor Technicians and the Nursing Administration registry budgets.  Maintains in depth knowledge and understanding of all staffing, scheduling and pay policies and procedures as well as an ability to effectively communicate this understanding.  Works collaboratively with colleagues within Service Area to foster consistent practices. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
  • 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
