The Opportunity

As an Onsite Studio Producer - Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to produce diverse media content, including videos, podcasts, graphics, and animations. Your role will involve understanding departmental needs and delivering solutions that align with the organization's brand and vision. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will work with team leadership to establish collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Responsibilities

- Leading the production of media content including videos, podcasts, and animations to align with organizational brand and vision
- Collaborating with various departments to understand their media needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Managing technical aspects of production such as equipment, software, and platforms to validate seamless operations
- Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop for high-quality media creation
- Overseeing video production budgeting and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and timelines
- Directing multi-camera setups and live broadcasting to enhance content delivery
- Implementing strategic planning and execution of creative campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Excelling in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Demonstrating proficiency in multi-camera directing and live broadcasting
- Utilizing strategic questioning and analytical thinking for project scoping
- Managing video production budgeting and scheduling effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in studio production environments
- Developing skills in digital storytelling and creative design

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
