Job Description:

Conducts global changes and data imports, minimizing duplications and correcting errors. Supports, tracks, and reconciles data and revenue for Foundation events. Provides statistical data and monitors fundraising activities to assess and benchmark results. Assists Foundation staff with reports and mailing lists. Acts as liaison with Accounting, IT, and service vendors. Tracks annual and campaign pledges, monitors pledge payments, and sends reminders quarterly. Keeps system updates current for Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, Greater Giving, and Golf Invite. Prepares bank deposits and spreadsheets weekly with Accounting. Works with Development Operations Director, Accounting, Payroll, and HR to reconcile payroll deductions from the Associate/Team Member Giving Campaign. Updates donor wall eligibility annually. Develops policies and procedures for Raiser’s Edge and donor-related gift management. Creates and manages codes for campaigns, appeals, and pledges. Utilizes wealth screening tools and evaluates research results to develop further strategies. Updates donor management system with contact and biographical information. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint [Required]
• Highly organized with superior problem resolution and analytical skills [Required]
• High level of interpersonal and customer service skills [Required]
• Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced office and work with multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy [Required]
• Must be available to work weekends [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge - fundraising software and ability to run queries [Preferred]
• General knowledge of prospect research tools (Wealth Point on Time, Research Point, or appropriate tool) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$45,196.93 - $84,071.39
