Campus Construction Director - CTJ - TS/SCI

Owns end-to-end construction delivery across a campus, accountable for scope, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes Leads and develops a high-performing construction organization, including Construction Managers and field teams Drives integrated execution across all projects, aligning to campus master schedule and key delivery milestones Manages GC/EPC and trade partner performance, ensuring accountability to contractual and operational commitments Champions safety, quality, and compliance, enforcing standards and maintaining a zero-incident culture Anticipates and mitigates campus-level risks and dependencies, governing change and resolving critical issues Delivers clear executive reporting and performance governance, driving predictability, accountability, and continuous improvement Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
