  • Partner with Solution Architecture and Solution Analysis on platform-layer decisions for AI enablement, including capability fit, configuration patterns, and operational readiness.
  • Steward AI-related platform standards, including data handling, safety, and governance at the working level.

Cross-Program Platform Coordination

  • Identify and flag cross-program dependencies before they become integration or delivery risks.
  • Run a light-touch platform working group across program admins and developers to share standards, patterns, and known issues.
  • Escalate platform risk to Solution Architecture and Specialty Health leadership as appropriate.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • 10+ years working across healthcare or life sciences digital platforms in product, delivery, or platform capacity, with hands-on configuration and platform stewardship exposure.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise CRM, integration, and AI platform patterns, with depth in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or comparable healthcare platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of platform health metrics, technical debt patterns, and environment strategy across enterprise digital stacks.
  • Proven ability to enforce standards and influence build decisions across program teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence developers, admins, and technology leaders.

Additional Skills:

  • Prior experience at or with enterprise platform vendors, including Salesforce or comparable healthcare technology providers.
  • Exposure to integration patterns, downstream system dependencies, and enterprise data flows.
  • Familiarity with AI capability enablement across Salesforce-native and adjacent platforms.
  • Awareness of Canadian healthcare privacy and regulatory frameworks (PHIPA, PIPEDA).
  • Experience operating within a formal platform governance model.
