You will help manage Linero's own legal and operational affairs while working closely with the product team to curate and organize the regulatory landscape that underpins what we build. This is a role for someone with sharp legal instincts, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the policy and regulatory environment shaping frontier technology.What You'll OwnCurate and organize regulatory and policy developments relevant to Linero's product and customer base, feeding structured intelligence to the product teamWork closely with product managers and policy lead to ensure regulatory updates are accurately reflected in product requirements and roadmap prioritiesManage Linero's internal legal affairs: contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and HR complianceServe as the primary point of contact for outside counsel, coordinating on legal matters and ensuring timely executionBuild and maintain internal legal and operational processes that scale as the company growsSupport onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance in coordination with leadershipManage operational workflows and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or operations role; ideally at a technology company, law firm, or similarly fast-moving environmentStrong understanding of contract management, vendor agreements, and general corporate legal affairsFamiliarity with the regulatory and policy landscape around technology, national security, or related domains is a strong plusExceptional organizational skills: you can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing the threadStrong written communicationA proactive, detail-oriented mindset: you anticipate what needs to happen and make sure it doesComfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where the scope of the role will evolveBased in New York CityWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceEarly equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectoryComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and visionThe opportunity to build the legal and operational foundation of a company solving critical national security challengesA high-ownership, high-autonomy environment where your work has direct and visible impactA front-row seat to one of the most consequential technology buildouts of our timeEqual Opportunity & EligibilityLinero is an equal opportunity employer.
