Define, improve, implement and document all the material flow processes with the right resources in order to reach your main objective which is to support the growth and to ensure logistics readiness for all MY changes or new platform introductions.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Route design and balancing, material flow analysis, Kitting and Sequencing
PFEP and Master data updated.
Improvement and cost reduction projects.
Kanban systems implementation (Cards, Pick-to-light, Call parts, SAP replenishment)
Takt time studies, workload analysis, process mapping and VSM
Design or improve rolling equipment, sequenced carts, platforms, trolleys or any MHE.
Space capacity and storage strategies analysis (mt² & pp),
Layout design and simulations on AutoCAD
One-piece flow and model-mix strategy deployment
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Combination of model and part flow
Health & safety knowledge
Desing and balancing of routes and flow materials
SAP management
English language advanced
Microsoft office
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree related to Engineering or similar
3 Years: At least in Logistics or Industrial Engineering
