We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business. ## The impact you’ll make The Business Operations Program / Project Manager strengthens execution across the Global Logistics Organization through disciplined ownership, cross‑functional integration, and problem solving. The role provides sustained leadership for enterprise‑critical capabilities including risk management, business continuity, and change enablement, while reinforcing leadership continuity and succession readiness. Success requires a dependable leader who can navigate ambiguity, meet commitments, and drive alignment and accountability across operations, business management, and enterprise programs in a global environment. ## What you’ll do Program & Project Execution • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and success metrics. • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. Governance & Operating Cadence • Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and reporting to ensure transparency, alignment, and on‑time execution. • Provide clear executive updates on status, risks, decisions, and actions required. Cross‑Functional Alignment • Act as the central point of coordination across functions including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT. • Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and outcomes. Risk Management & Problem Solving • Identify program risks, interdependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans and resolution. • Lead structured problem solving for complex, ambiguous challenges impacting delivery. Execution Discipline & Accountability • Reinforce accountability across teams by tracking commitments, actions, and deliverables. • Ensure follow‑through and measurable progress against program goals. Continuous Improvement • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and impact. • Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across programs. ## Who we’re looking for Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience. * 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. * Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. ## Preferred qualifications * Experience operating in large, global, or highly regulated organizations. * Exposure to business continuity, risk management, governance, or enterprise change programs; Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. * Experience working across regions including Asia, Europe, and North America. * Background in environments requiring disciplined execution. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, etc. ## Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
