What You'll Do as a Youth Programming Manager
- Lead middle and high school youth programs, including Youth Center evenings, Bible studies, and special events that foster meaningful relationships and spiritual growth.
- Cultivate authentic connections with students by creating a welcoming, safe environment where they feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
- Recruit volunteers, equip them for effective ministry, and provide ongoing communication, encouragement, and appreciation.
- Develop engaging outreach opportunities, leadership experiences, and youth programming that respond to the needs of teens in our community.
- Partner with local schools, churches, and community organizations to connect students and families with resources, support, and opportunities for success.
- Coordinate program logistics, budgets, records, and monthly reporting to ensure youth initiatives operate smoothly and effectively.
- Support CrossNet Ministries' fundraising events, staff initiatives, and community outreach efforts as an active member of our ministry team.
- Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and Christ-centered service while helping young people navigate challenges with hope and purpose.

- Compensation: $52,000-$56,000/year
