Job Description Summary
Supports enterprise onboarding and education for clinical technology applications by delivering standardized training, maintaining educational materials, coordinating onboarding activities, and assisting with competency validation for care center team members. Delivers recurring training programs, updates job aids and workflow documentation, supports learning technologies, and collaborates with clinical technology and operational partners to promote consistent adoption of clinical workflows and applications.The Clinical Technology Educator II works independently on moderately complex assignments under general supervision. Decisions impact own work and routine deliverables within the clinical technology education domain. This job applies a solid working knowledge of the discipline to solve difficult but non-complex problems and guides and supports peers earlier in their career.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver standardized onboarding and application training for care center team members using established curricula, learning materials, and enterprise workflows.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning sessions supporting clinical technology applications and operational processes.
- Maintain and update job aids, workflow documentation, training materials, competency assessments, and learning resources to reflect approved workflow and application changes.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, learner assignments, training logistics, and educational records to support timely onboarding activities.
- Assist with competency validation activities by administering assessments, documenting results, and identifying opportunities for additional education.
- Collaborate with Clinical Workflow Enablement, Operations, Learning & Development, and Clinical Technology teams to support workflow adoption and organizational readiness initiatives.
- Collect learner feedback, monitor training outcomes, and recommend improvements to educational materials, onboarding processes, and learning experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Typically requires 2-4 years of experience supporting healthcare operations, clinical technology applications, onboarding, training delivery, ambulatory workflows, or related operational functions.
- Working knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows, electronic health record applications, and healthcare technology systems.
- Experience developing or maintaining training materials, job aids, workflow documentation, or instructional resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual learning technologies, learning management systems, and healthcare applications.
- Strong facilitation, communication, organization, collaboration, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support onsite onboarding, training, and organizational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting athena EHR or other ambulatory electronic health record systems.
- Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, or competency-based education.
- Experience supporting practice onboarding, workflow optimization, or healthcare technology implementations.
Compensation Range:
$61,226.00to
$91,839.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
