Sr. Producer, Global Brand Studio (Lifestyle/365)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Sr. Producer at The North Face looks a little like this.

You are responsible for guiding teams from brief development through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You oversee projects at a strategic level, aligning teams, managing approvals, and ensuring the creative vision is fully realized. You maintain clear communication with teams, contribute meaningfully to creative meetings, flag key deadlines, and act as the central liaison between internal teams and external agencies. You will work with a variety of partners and business functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, PR and Procurement. You will be a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Entertainment when there are productions involving athletes and/or celebrity talent. As the production expert on behalf of TNF, you will nurture your external network, building strong relationships on behalf of TNFs to the industry at large.This role reports into the Executive Producer, Global Brand Studio.

  • Drive a regional content strategy that enhances brand visibility, connects with the target audience, and adapts to cultural nuances and market trends.

  • Content Production & Direction: Lead the content production process, overseeing all aspects from ideation to planning and execution.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality and impactful creative assets that align with our brand vision and resonate with our target audience.

  • Project Management: Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all content initiatives. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, and post-production specialists.

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team, design team, and brand ambassadors to integrate brand messaging consistently across all touch points.

  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure content adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining relevance to the regional audience.

  • Brand Representation: Ensure that all regional content reflects the brand's core values, identity, and positioning, elevating the brand's image and credibility within the local market.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets in the region.

  • Content Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of regional campaigns and content, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment that empowers team members to excel and contribute their best work.

  • Travel 10-20% of the time.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5-6 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of regional consumer behaviors, preferences, and cultural dynamics across different markets.

  • Proficiency in content creation tools and adjacent processes.

  • Passion for outdoor activities and a deep appreciation for nature and environmental

  • conservation.

  • Future-forward thinking with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and strong team player.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator and strategic thinker that can simplify complex information.

  • Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Location requirement: Denver, CO

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • You have deep experience in large scale productions, with exposure across various mediums, both physical and digital (i.e. content, activations, experiences, retail build, etc.) and can apply your skillsets to the ever-growing media landscape.

Hiring Range:

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
