Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Alwar. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers in the store, understand their preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations that align with BlueStone’s design and quality standards. Responsibilities include driving sales, meeting and exceeding store targets, managing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth buying experience from selection to billing. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on current collections, offers, and policies, and supporting visual merchandising activities. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the store team to uphold high service standards, handle post-sales follow-up when needed, and represent the brand in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities, with a focus on relationship building and consultative selling in a retail environment.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to explain product features clearly and handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort using digital tools to access product information and process transactions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store hygiene, accurate inventory handling, and professional visual merchandising.
  • Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage; familiarity with fine jewelry materials and certifications is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alwar, including weekends and peak retail hours, with a results-oriented mindset and reliability in meeting targets.
  • Minimum educational qualification typically at the high school / graduate level; additional training in sales or retail management is a plus.
