In this role, you'll work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from requirement collection to final implementation for customers. You’ll drive project coordination, keep timelines on track, foster clear communication, and contribute to refining processes and driving continuous improvement.This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Germany in a remote-friendly setup. We also value in-person collaboration and bring the team together at least once per quarter in Heidelberg for company-wide workshops.Your missionProject Oversight: manage all phases of projects, from initial scoping to post-implementation support, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery with clear communication to stakeholdersEngagement: establish strong relationships with engineering teams, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communicationDependencies & Priorities Management: Oversee dependencies and the impact of shifting priorities.
