Located in the heart of Clifton Park, Schuyler Ridge provides long-term care, memory care, sub-acute rehabilitation, residential healthcare services, and adult day programs. As we continue to modernize and enhance our facility, we're seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Long-Term Care Unit.

What You'll Do
As the RN Manager, you will oversee nursing operations for a designated long-term care unit and ensure exceptional resident care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support nursing and nursing support staff
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care programs
Promote positive interdisciplinary team relationships
Manage staffing, resources, and departmental operations
Monitor quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
Support residents and families through compassionate care and communication
Foster employee engagement, growth, and accountability
Manage fiscal and material resources effectively
Uphold organizational values, ethical standards, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Required
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 5 years of RN experience
Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience
Preferred
3+ years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience
Experience with budgeting and financial management
Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrated commitment to patient satisfaction and team engagement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Salary Range: $98,800-$1148,200 per year
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
