As a SAP Security Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specializing in SAP technology. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to enhance system functionality
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within SAP environments
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
- Embracing strategic technology planning and process optimization
