In this role, you will support financial progress for the assigned unit by providing basic financial analysis and accurate accounting support. You will contribute with essential business insights and financial information that facilitates effective decision making and supports value creation. What you will do: • Provide insightful financial analysis and business insights to support senior finance colleagues. • Perform accounting tasks and validate financial performance during period-end closings. • Support forecasting and planning activities, as well as financial management including cost allocation and recovery models. • Contribute to digitalization and automation activities to improve financial operations. • Support internal and external audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance. • Guarantee high-quality descriptive data analysis delivered promptly and act with integrity towards compliance adherence. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support financial processes.

The skills you bring: • Bachelor Degree in Accountant or related. • Advance business English skills. • Experience in Accounting and reporting. • Basic knowledge of debit and credit. • Financial Forecasting and budgeting knowledge. • Cost Management. • Data Analytics. • Variance and Financial Analysis. • Stakeholder Engagement and stakeholder management skills. • Teamwork and collaboration. • Proactivity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset. • Change and Improvement Management.
